Who do you want to have for your next party?

A bartender is a short order liquid cook.

A mixologist is someone who mixes drinks uniformly and to higher standards.

Have you ever had the same drink made by the same person, several times in one evening and the drink never tasted the same. That is why a mixologist is who you would like to have make your drink for you. A mixologist measures out the correct amount of spirits so that the drinks he makes are always the same, no guesswork . A person who dosn’t measure cant exactly remember how much is mixed each and everytime. Anyone and I do mean Anyone can make a drink, but the key to a good drink is consistently adding the correct spirits in the right amounts.

Hey all. This is a common question we get. How much ice do we need for a party? I always say to get a half pound of ice per person with mixed drinks. and 1 to 1 1/2 pounds per person if serving frozen drinks.

When you book a frozen drink party with us we bring 50lbs of ice!! That’s right, you don’t have to lug 50 lbs of cold hard ice from the store, to your car and in the house.
